Hi, I’m Sensei Ben Schneider, founding Instructor at Fountain Valley Karate (USSD Fountain Valley). We are a Black Belt Leadership Development Academy that also teaches the most practical self-defense in the world.
I’m especially excited about the Karate Kid: Legends movie—because it brings back the powerful themes that made the original so impactful. I started my own martial arts journey back in the 1980s, inspired by that very film. And what stood out most to me then—and still inspires me today—is that the martial arts aren’t just about fighting.
